Food & Beverage Attendants
We are looking for a number of Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Food and Beverage Team on a Part time basis to work in our restaurants as well as bars.

Role
We are looking for smart team members who are willing to attend to guest requirements and can ensure the smooth running of their assigned station.
Maintaining a good knowledge of all food & beverage menus and advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.

General Profile
The ideal candidates should be reliable and outgoing with excellent guest and communication skills.
The selected candidates should have a friendly disposition, able to work individually as well as part of a team. A good knowledge of restaurant service and previous experience in a similar position, as well as a good command of the English language, are essential.  Having an ITS certificate would be considered as an asset.
Food Hygiene License is required.

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Agliolio
You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of Agliolio Restaurant in liaison with the Restaurant Manager. You will provide professional service to all customers. You will train and develop staff to maximise performance, aid retention and reduce staff turnover.  You will lead and inspire individuals to develop a highly motivated, committed team whilst ensuring all the expected standards of service are achieved.

General Profile
The selected candidate will preferably have previous experience in Supervisory Position preferably within a similar outlet. ITS Management Certification will also be considered as an asset. You must bring in flair and new ideas. You must be able to motivate your team, work under pressure and show willingness to learn. 

Maintenance Co-ordinator
Under the direction of your manager, you will be responsible to coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property and to continually support and improve maintenance services. You will analyse problems and formulate plans to get work done effectively and efficiently. Write routine reports, logs and correspondence as well as communicating effectively with guests and employees. You will be responsible for the direct supervision, scheduling and support of the work force.

General Profile
The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience within the Maintenance department in a hotel setting. You must have good communication skills, both written & verbal; must be confident & able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization as well as with guests. You will have an enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others. The candidate must also have proven organizational skills where one is able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.

Night Manager
To provide efficient, prompt, courteous service and security to guests in the absence of the departmental managers and limited staff during night, in line with the hotel’s guidelines and service concepts.

General Profile
The selected candidate must be a good leader and communicator, fluent in front office operation and understands all aspects of hotel’s management. Previous experience within the industry especially at night is important for this position.
