Night Manager
Forming part of the Front Office Executive Team and reporting to the Front Office Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure service procedures are monitored at all times throughout the night in all areas of the Hotel Operation as well as support with Front Office Management Duties.

General Profile
The selected Candidate will have previous experience in Hotel Operations ideally in a Management Grade; have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a positive service oriented and professional disposition. Previous experience within a five star environment and Front Office Procedures and Opera would be considered an asset.

Food & Beverage Duty Manager
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage the day to day requirements of the Food & Beverage department, whilst ensuring an efficient and smooth running in the outlets as well as in house events.  You will train the Food & Beverage team on a regular basis, focus on how to increase guest satisfaction and service delivery whilst maximising revenue. You will oversee productivity of manning levels and all costs related to the Food & Beverage operation are in line with pre-set budgets.

General Profile
You should have an outgoing and smart personality, be highly motivated, have initiative and be ambitious. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills as well as a positive service oriented and professional disposition.  Fluency in English is essential however knowledge of other languages is important.  Thorough knowledge of Opera will be considered an asset.

Full time Bartender
Forming part of the bars team, you will be expected to provide an efficient and friendly service to our guests, whilst making sure that the bar area is well maintained and stocked.

General Profile
The selected candidate will have a friendly disposition, able to work individually as well as part of a team. A good knowledge of bar service and previous experience in a similar position, as well as a good command of the English language is essential. You will also be required to work flexible hours and have good communication skills.
