At Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands, our bars and restaurants make the most of the stunning coastal location and sunsets. Start a perfect evening chilling out at Essence Bar lounge and terrace with our innovative eclectic cocktails, long drinks and aperitifs.  Move on to Essence gourmet restaurant for contemporary sophistication and inspired menus. The resort also offers the ultimate in relaxed lido and beach-side dining and lighter menus at its Lagoon and Agliolio eateries. While Mokka coffee bar is both the perfect start to the day and place to take tea, against the backdrop of panoramic views of beach and bay.  

Similarly, our Radisson Blu Resort, St Julian's, offers an equally stunning view and choice of dining.  Here, our modern take on a classic bar, the Bridge Bar, is a popular venue pre- and after-dinner and a social spot well into the early hours.  In summer, The Edge, set amid natural rock and a cactus garden right on the peninsula's tip, is the epitome of relaxed, bistro-grill dining.  Given its evocative coastal location, it specialises of course in the best of seasonal Mediterranean fish alla griglia.  For city-style, lunchtime and evening dining, try the informal Le Bistro, with its Gallic-inspired menu including prime steaks and tasty salads.
