Radisson Blu Staff accomplish yet another Responsible Business Mission

Last Tuesday morning at 7am a total of 40 individual volunteers from the Radisson BLU Resort and Spa, Golden Sands descended upon Golden Bay in an effort to clean up the beach as part of the resorts ongoing Responsible Business campaign.  Armed with rakes, shovels and sifts resort management and staff pitched in to rid the beach concession of discarded cigarette stubs, bottles, sweet wrappers and other debris.

It was hot hard work, but moral was high.  The volunteers filled a total of 50 bin liners as a result of the operation, leaving a cleaner, greener beach to enjoy.  Following the success of Operation Clean Sands, the resort will be holding similar Green Activities scheduled throughout the year.
